TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While terms
and conditions may vary from one auction to the next depending on the type of
auction we are conducting, below are some of our terms that are in generally in
effect for our auctions.
Main Street Auction Gallery Sales
1. All items are sold in As - Is Condition, with
no warranties expressed or implied.
2. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash or Check with
Proper ID.
3. SORRY NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS.
4. No checks accepted for the purchase of oriental rugs unless known to us.
5. Preview starts and doors open at
6. All merchandise must be paid for before removal.
7. Merchandise may be removed sale day or by appointment
8. Any merchandise left past Friday without permission is
donated to charity.
9. A 5% Gallery Fee will be added to all purchases.
10. A bidders number is required to bid at this sale.
11. We require a valid Drivers License to issue a bidders
number.

Walton
& Associates Industrial Auctions
1. All items are sold in As - Is Condition, with
no warranties expressed or implied.
2. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash or Check with Proper ID & current,
irrevocable bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment received in our office
at least 3 days prior to auction day. SORRY NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS.
3. A bidders number is required to bid at this sale.
4. We require a valid Drivers License to issue a bidders number.
5. All merchandise must be paid for before removal.
6. Removal of merchandise only on schedualed removal dates. No items are to
be removed sale day.
7. Any Merchandise left past final removal date will be considered
abandoned, and will be forfeited by purchaser.
8. All rigging will be done by insured riggers who must register with us at
least 3 days prior to sale day.
